The Lagoon Villa is a peaceful retreat in a great location. Only a short walk to the sandy beach and main windsurfing and kitesurfing and diving lagoon. Complimentary sun loungers and a large outdoor Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxation. The English owners Toby and Fi live next door and offer European standards, local advice and information.

Facilities; This bright and airy studio apartment sleeps 2-3 people comfortably. Newly furnished with quiet air conditioning and complementary WiFi. Beautiful terrace overlooking the lush grassy garden and outdoor Jacuzzi pool. Outdoor patio furniture and BBQ. Bedroom; One double bed and a single bed with continental comfort pillows, mattress toppers, and Egyptian cotton sheets and towels.
Kitchen; Marble topped kitchen with fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, two hobs and a dining table. Other; If you do not wish to cook you can dine at any of the hotels on the beach (only €5 for a 5 star breakfast, lunch from €3. Take away is also available and can be delivered to the door. Bathroom; Large en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Additional services; Sheets and towels are provided and changed weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged. Two Gary Fisher Mountain bikes with front suspension, 27 gears and hydraulic disc brakes are available on request for €10/day or €45/ week. Two RED Paddle Co Stand Up Paddle boards for rent at €20 for half a day. The nearest supermarket, ATM and off license is less than a minutes walk. A laundry service is available on site. The public sandy beach is a 3-4 minute walk and is free (if you wish to use hotel sunlounger's and swimming pools this can be arranged directly from €5/ day. The local town of Masbat is a 5 minute taxi ride and costs €1.50 each way. There are great restaurants which are extremely good value. 3 course dinner from €5.
